Join us for a day of engaging panels and discussions featuring legal experts, judges, guardians, medical providers, advocates, and other professionals who work daily on issues affecting guardianships in Massachusetts. This conference will cover new and evolving issues affecting guardianship practice, including unsettled areas of guardianship law and practice; the intersection of mental health and criminal matters; evidentiary issues in guardianship cases; and the epidemic of sexual assault among persons with disabilities. These panels are designed to focus in on some of the most complex aspects of guardianship, as well as broaden the perspectives of those who practice in this field.

Hon. John D. Casey, Chief Justice of the Probate and Family Court, will deliver the opening address and Secretary Marylou Sudders will deliver the keynote address at the luncheon. All Conference attendees, along with all MGA Members, are invited to a reception following the day’s program — enjoy wine, hors d’oeuvres, and networking!!
